What frequency options are there?
One-Off: You can purchase this box as a one-off without a subscription.
Bi-Monthly: You will receive a box every 2 months. Our bi-monthly subscription months are fixed. You will receive a box in the following months: FEB, APR, JUN, AUG, OCT, DEC.

How Does The Subscription Work?
Your subscription will automatically renew on the 12th of the month at the requested frequency until cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time!

When Will My Box Be Shipped?
Bi-Monthly Subscription: Your first box is shipped immediately. All renewal boxes are shipped around the 12th of the month. Our bi-monthly subscription months are fixed. You will receive all subsequent boxes in the following months: FEB, APR, JUN, AUG, OCT, DEC.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription account page or by emailing us.
