Customs Charges
All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches clearance. Potential charges for a customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.
Missing Orders
We do not accept responsibility for delays or stolen orders. Please contact the delivery provider with enquiries to missing orders.
If an order has been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address, we can re-send it, but the customer is liable for the additional postage charge.
Please use the tracking number provided to follow your delivery. If you are not available when your delivery arrives, you may have to collect your parcel from a pick-up point. Failure to collect your parcel within the courier’s timeframes will result in the parcel being returned to us. The customer is liable for the additional postage charges to send the parcel again. If we cannot contact you to arrange redelivery, we will cancel and refund the order minus the postage cost.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift/subscription boxes & sale items cannot be returned.
Follow these steps to return a product:
- Send an email to woof@thewoofclub.ch and tell us what you would like to return.
- Once approved, package the product(s) carefully and include the packing slip or a note with your name and the order number.
Post to: The Woof Club, Mulimatta 2, 1656 Jaun, Switzerland.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your return is approved. If there are any problems, we will contact you via email. We aim to process your return within 5 working days.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return to tell you whether it was approved. If you are unsure whether a return is eligible, you can send us photos before returning the product(s).
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any postage costs.
If you received a free gift with your order and return any of the items, you must also return the free gift or the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Faulty/damaged items
You have 7 days upon receiving your order to notify us of defective or faulty products or if you have received the wrong item.
Non-returnable items
We do not offer returns or refunds on the following products:
- Made-to-order or customisable/personalised items, for example Anti-tick collars
- Gift Boxes & Subscription Boxes
- Partner Products – these are identified as partner Products on the product page.
- Sale & sample products.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please follow our returns process and make a separate purchase for new product(s).
